30 laurels for amulets, 35 for rings, and 40 (+50 ecto) for accessories. Since you cannot get amulets any other way, they should probably be your first priority. You can get rings as a random daily bonus at Fractals 10 and above, and ascended accessories can be bought with guild commendations; if you're doing those it's much less time consuming
Fastest way to exotics, and it's free. If you're looking for fast, craft cheap ascended armor and weapons, and use the mystic forge to stat-change them into Minstrels. This still costs insignias and inscriptions though, so there is a cost in Pearls for each piece that will hurt. If you're ok on time-gating past exotics, just get Triumphant Hero
